CONSENT ORDER


For the reasons stated in the parties' "Joint Motion to Allow Depositions of Alleged Eyewitnesses, and Independent Medical Examination of Plaintiff After Close of Fact Discovery" and for other good cause shown, it is hereby ORDERED that this court's January 26, 2006 Order [Doc. # 12] is modified as follows:

1. Plaintiff Yolanda Watkins can depose the following fact witnesses by April 28, 2006: Leslie Burdtin and Rosa Maria Torres;

2. Defendant Starwood Hotels can depose the following fact witnesses by April 28, 2006: Bryan G. Williams, Latonya Mathis, and Dr, Linda D. Williams;

3. Defendant Starwood Hotels can conduct an IME of Plaintiff Yolanda Watkins by April 26, 2005; and

4. That the parties can visit the site of Defendant Starwood Hotels to inspect the hotel room used by Plaintiff, by April 26, 2006.

So ordered.
