GUARANTY, § 3guaranty by attorney of client's hospital bill. Attorney held liable for hospital bill of client, suing for personal injuries, in view of letter written by attorney to hospital and result of injuries' action, out of proceeds of which attorney, by his letter, undertook to see that bill would be paid.

Appeal from Superior Court of Cook county; Hon. JOSEPH A. GRABER, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in first division, first district, this court at April term, 1942.
