This suit was consolidated, both in the trial court and in this court with Warriner v. Russo, 308 So.2d 499 (La.App. 4th Cir. 1975), which was decided this day.

In this case plaintiff sought damages resulting from defendant's alleged fraud in inducing him to execute an act of sale.

For the reasons assigned in the consolidated case, the judgment is affirmed.

Affirmed.
