ORDER
Before the Court is appellee's September 27, 2016 motion for extension of time for filing the supplemental reporter's record and to assign costs. We DENY without prejudice to appellee requesting the court reporter to supplement the reporter's record and paying for the additional items. See Johnson v. Alcon Laboratories, Inc., 149 S.W.3d 653 (Tex. App. — Fort Worth 2003); also Aldous v. Bruss, 440 S.W.3d 90 (Tex. App. — Houston [14th Dist.] 2012 no pet.).
