DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to deem notice of appeal dated December 18, 2014 to be timely notice of appeal from judgment of Supreme Court dated February 5, 2015 and to consolidate appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, and the notice of appeal dated December 18, 2014 is deemed to be a valid notice of appeal from the judgment of Supreme Court dated February 5, 2015, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to consolidate the appeals is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeals shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint record on appeal and brief.
