AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 119when verdict for defendants in action for death of boy is not against manifest weight of evidence. In action for death of five year old boy, who was struck by defendants' automobile, and fatally injured, when, in daytime, he darted in front of such automobile which was traveling on paved highway in open country at speed of approximately 45 miles per hour, held that verdict for defendants was not against manifest weight of evidence.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Iroquois county; the Hon. ROSCOE C. SOUTH, Judge, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in this court at the October term, 1943.
