Having considered the appellants' response to this Court's order of May 18, 2005, this appeal is hereby DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction. See Bill Holt Sales Leasing, Inc. v. Cousins, 904 So.2d 502 (Fla. 1st DCA 2005); Bennett's Leasing, Inc. v. First Street Mortg. Corp., 870 So.2d 93, 96 (Fla. 1st DCA 2003). In light of the dismissal, the appellee's motion to strike the initial brief is denied as moot.

DISMISSED.
