Appeal from a decree in the admiralty of the District Court for the Southern District of New York dismissing a libel under the Suits in Admiralty Act, 46 U.S.C.A. § 741 et seq., for personal injuries suffered while serving as a seaman on board the respondent's ship.

Affirming decree 58 F. Supp. 783.
