Gen. No. 42,150. (Abstract of Decision.)
Opinion filed November 30, 1942
COURTS, § 149 — when Appellate Court bound by action of United States District Court. Where United States District Court retained jurisdiction of cause involving matter of reinsurance of holders of life policies in insolvent insurance company and such court later construed its decree in such cause, and all of policyholders were notified of all of proceedings in federal court, Appellate Court is bound by what federal court did and matter ruled on by it should not be relitigated in action by beneficiary of one of policyholders who made no objection to federal court's orders.
