It appearing on the face of the petition for writ of habeas corpus that petitioner has counsel, the petition is unauthorized. This case is hereby dismissed, subject to reinstatement if petitioner demonstrates within fifteen days from the date of this order that she was not represented by counsel in the proceedings below at the time she filed her petition in this Court. See Logan v. State, 846 So. 2d 472 (Fla. 2003).

Any motions or other requests for relief are also denied.
