We REINSTATE this appeal.
By order dated May 26, 2022, we abated this appeal to allow the trial court an opportunity to file any amended findings of fact and conclusions of law. We instructed the District Clerk to file, on or before July 15, either a supplemental clerk's record containing the trial court's amended findings of fact and conclusions of law or written verification that the trial court did not make any. By letter filed on July 18, the District Clerk's Office informed the Court that the trial court has not entered any amended findings of fact and conclusions of law.
Appellant's brief remains due on August 10.
