Juan Francisco Vega, Petitioner(s) v. Andrew Franklin Rier, Respondent(s)

Lower Tribunal No(s).: 3D22-2172 132018CA010275000001

The petition for writ of mandamus is hereby denied as successive. See Jenkins v. No rehearing will be entertained by this Court.

CANADY, LABARGA, COURIEL, GROSSHANS, and FRANCIS, JJ., concur.
