Summary

In Veasy v. State (4 Ga. App. 845) the accused was prosecuted for carrying a concealed weapon, and set up a former conviction for carrying the pistol to a church, and that the transactions were one and the same. It was decided that when he carried the concealed pistol to the church he committed two offenses, and that neither was inclusive of the other.
