ORDER

At the May 24, 2004 final pretrial conference held by the magistrate judge, the parties jointly suggested that the court exercise its discretion to limit the potential sentence faced by defendant Amin Williams in this contempt case to a maximum of six months incarceration if defendant is convicted. The request is granted. By virtue of this sentencing cap, the parties lose their right to a jury trial in this case. Accordingly, this case will be tried to the court during the week of June 14, 2004 on a date and at a time to be set in further discussion with the parties.

BY THE COURT.
