ORDER


Defendant has moved to supplement the record on appeal with a transcript of a hearing on a suppression motion held in the Circuit Court for Dane County, Wisconsin, on March 26, 2003. The motion to supplement the record is DENIED. The record on appeal is limited to the original papers and exhibits filed in the district court, the transcript of proceedings and a certified copy of the docket entries. Fed.R.App. 10(a). The transcript of the state court proceedings was not before this court during the course of the federal proceedings against defendant.
