ORDER


The defendant filed two pretrial motions: motion for notice of evidence (Dk. 9) and motion to disclose expert testimony (Dk. 10). In both filings, the defendant requested the notice and disclosure to occur at least fourteen days before trial. The government responded that it has no objection to providing the requested notice of evidence and to disclosing the expert testimony in accordance with the court's usual guidelines. (Dk. 12). In light of the government's response, the court shall grant the defendant's motions.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the defendant's motion for notice of evidence (Dk. 9) and motion to disclose expert testimony (Dk. 10) are granted, and the government shall provide the requested notice and disclosure pursuant to the court's usual guidelines no later than fourteen days before trial.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for 11:00 a.m., July 27, 2005, will not be held.
