Appeal from the United States District Court for the Central District of California; No. CR-89-0142-MRP-1, Mariana R. Pfaelzer, District Judge, Presiding.
C.D.Cal.
AFFIRMED.
Before: FLETCHER, BRUNETTI and TROTT, Circuit Judges.
This disposition is not appropriate for publication and may not be cited to or by the courts of this circuit except as provided by 9th Cir.R. 36-3.
Valdemar Bustillos appeals his 220-month sentence following entry of guilty pleas to five counts of armed bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C.§ 2113(a), (d) and two counts of carrying a firearm during a crime of violence in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c). Pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), Bustillos' counsel submitted a brief identifying no arguable issues for review and a motion to withdraw as counsel of record. Our independent review of the record pursuant to Penson v. Ohio, 488 U.S. 75, 83 (1988), discloses no issue for review.
Accordingly, counsel's motion to withdraw is GRANTED and the district court's judgment is AFFIRMED.
