DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, both dated January 3, 2019. Motion by James J. Quail & Associates, P.C., to be substituted as counsel for the appellant, for an award of costs and to impose sanctions upon the appellant's counsel of record.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be substituted as counsel for the appellant is denied without prejudice to filing a consent to change attorney (see 22 NYCRR 670.1[c][4][A]); and it is further, ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
