Rehearing Denied February 19, 1923.

In Error to the District Court of the United States for the District of Idaho, Southern Division; Frank S. Dietrich, Judge. Action at law by Grace Twiggs Blake against the United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company. Judgment for plaintiff, and defendant brings error. Affirmed.
