Action to recover insurance premiums allegedly due the plaintiff pursuant to an insurance policy issued to the defendant, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Fairfield and tried to the court, Lewis, J.; judgment for the plaintiff; thereafter, the court, Vertefeuille, J., denied the defendant's motion to open the judgment, and the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
