This case is calendared on the Court's January 22, 2024, New York, New York, trial session. On November 3, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance, seeking an order striking this case from the New York trial session. He filed a First Supplement to his Motion later that day. He represents that petitioner does not object to striking this case from the New York trial session.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance (as supplemented) is granted. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's January 22, 2024, New York, New York, trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that respondent shall file, on or before January 19, 2024, a status report detailing the then-present status of the case.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
