Appeal of order denying rule 3.850 motion from the Circuit Court of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, Broward County; Paul L. Backman, Judge; L.T. Case No. 96-12749 CF10A.

We affirm the trial court's denial of Appellant's motion to withdraw his plea. Our affirmance is without prejudice to Appellant's filing a proper rule 3.850 motion. Brown v. State, 661 So.2d 95, 96 (Fla. 4th DCA 1995); see also Fla.R.Crim.P. 3.987.
