Proceeding on stipulation of facts submitted by counsel for the parties. Order entered finding that defendant, Paris Linen and Decorating Shops, Inc., is entitled to subrogation to recovery made by plaintiff under third-party settlement, order by TAKIFF, J. Plaintiff appealed. Appeal, No. 400, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, July T., 1973, No. 437. Argued June 17, 1977.
