And defendant-appellant having moved to stay enforcement of the aforesaid order and to continue the terms of an order of said Court, entered on or about September 05, 2023, which was which modified by the November 15, 2023 order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied; the interim relief granted by a Justice of this Court on December 05, 2023, is hereby vacated.
