ORDER OF DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

By Order served January 3, 2024, the Court directed petitioner to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee. By Order served January 22, 2024, the Court directed petitioner to file a Ratification of Petition. To date, petitioner has not paid the Court's filing fee or filed a Ratification of Petition. On February 5, 2024, petitioner filed a Letter by Petitioner, in which he asks for his case to be closed.

Upon due consideration, it appearing that petitioner does not intend to comply with the Court's Orders dated January 3, 2024, and January 22, 2024, it is

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction on the grounds that petitioner failed to file a Ratification of Petition and pay the Court's filing fee.
