Travelers Indemnity Co. v. Gonzalez

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District
Feb 25, 1992
593 So. 2d 330 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1992)

Opinion

No. 91-366.

February 25, 1992.

An Appeal from the Circuit Court for Dade County; Murray Goldman, Judge.

Angones Hunter McClure Lynch Williams and Christopher Lynch, Miami, for appellant.

Deutsch Blumberg, James C. Blecke, Miami, for appellees.

Before JORGENSON, COPE and GODERICH, JJ.

We find no adequate distinctions between the facts in this case and those in Suazo v. Del Busto, 587 So.2d 480 (Fla. 3d DCA 1991). Accordingly, we affirm and certify the following question of great public importance:

What is the minimum amount of insurance required on a per-person basis for private school buses with fewer than twenty-four seats which are within the class described by section 316.615, Florida Statutes (1989)?

Affirmed.
