POOR, § 5 — relief of indigent veterans. The Bogardus Act for relief of indigent veterans does not prohibit a person who might be entitled to benefits thereunder from also obtaining benefits under the general statutes enacted for relief of the poor (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1941, ch. 23, § 154; Jones Ill. Stats. Ann. 80.246).
