ORDER

This matter is before the court on Appellant Shadowhawk A. Tiger's Unopposed Motion to Dismiss. Upon consideration, the motion is granted and this appeal is dismissed with prejudice. See 10th Cir. R. 27.5(A)(9) and Fed. R. App. P. 42(b). Each party will bear its own costs.
