ORDER

This case was called from the calendar at the Court's February 13, 2023, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Trial Session. Both parties appeared and were heard. Petitioner's counsel, James Charles Fee of Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law assisted by law students Jack Christmas and Michael Reed, made an oral Motion for Continuance. Petitioner's counsel requested an additional thirty (30) days to submit decision documents. Respondent's counsel agreed to the motion and time frame for decision documents.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's oral Motion for Continuance on February 13, 2023, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 15, 2023, the parties shall submit to the Court decision documents or a status report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court.
