Action to foreclose a mortgage on certain real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Windham at Putnam and tried to the court, Potter, J.; judgment of foreclosure by sale, from which the named defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.

We have carefully reviewed the record and briefs in this matter and find that the trial court properly applied General Statutes 49-31 (f) when it determined that the defendants are ineligible for protection from foreclosure.
