On November 18, 2022, the Court issued an Order stating that it anticipated setting a remote subpoena hearing.
On March 30, 2023, the parties informed the Court by telephone conference that they did not anticipate the need for a remote subpoena hearing.
Therefore, it is ORDERED that a remote subpoena hearing in this case will not be held except on motion by a party.
