ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On May 2, 2023, a Letter Dated April 25, 2023, was filed on behalf of petitioners by Howard Hilderbrand, CPA. The letter reports that this matter has been satisfactorily resolved with the IRS and petitioners no longer need to prosecute this case. However, that letter is signed only by Mr. Hilderbrand, who is not admitted to practice before this Court and therefore may not represent petitioners in this case.

Petitioners are advised that they may wish to contact respondent's counsel directly regarding how to bring this case to a conclusion. Respondent's counsel's contact information will be included in his Answer to the petition, which is due to be filed in this case on or before May 30, 2023.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Letter Dated April 25, 2023, is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
