Taunton v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Nov 7, 2005
914 So. 2d 489 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2005)

Opinion

No. 1D05-4091.

November 7, 2005.

An appeal from an order of the Circuit Court for Bay County. Michael C. Overstreet, Judge.

Felix Christopher Taunton, pro se, appellant.

Charlie Crist, Attorney General, Tallahassee, for appellee.

This appeal is hereby dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. See Jordan v. State, 549 So.2d 805 (Fla. 1st DCA 1989) (holding that lack of access to a law library does not show good cause for failure to timely file a notice of appeal).

ERVIN, BARFIELD and PADOVANO, JJ., concur.
