Motion to dismiss appeal denied on condition that within five days appellant pay to the respondent the sum of twenty-five dollars, together with ten dollars costs of this motion, perfect the appeal for the December term (for which term this case is set down), and be ready for argument when reached; otherwise, motion granted, with ten dollars costs.
