In Tantleff v. Truscelli (69 N.Y.2d 769, affg 110 A.D.2d 240 [2d Dept 1985]) a 1957 agreement provided tenants with two options, (1) the option of first refusal in the event of a bona fide offer to purchase the property at the offered price and (2) an option to purchase the property at $100,000.
