ORDERED that the application is granted, without costs, and Clea Weiss, Esq., P.O. Box 39, Ithaca, New York 14851 is appointed for that purpose (see Labor Law § 538). Claimant-respondent's brief shall be filed and served on or before May 31, 2021. The brief of the Commissioner of Labor, if any, shall be filed and served on or before June 14, 2021.
