HAEYOUNG K. TANG, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Courtney D. Jones, Judge.

This case is on the calendar of the Court's April 24, 2023 trial session for New York City, New York. On March 31, 2023, the parties filed a Status Report. The parties report that they have been working diligently to exchange information, review voluminous documentation, and narrow the issues in dispute. Further, they believe it would be productive for the Court to set this case on a status report track, whereby the next status report would be due in 60 days.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on April 24, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 30, 2023, and every 60 days thereafter, the parties shall file a status report (jointly if possible, otherwise independently) to inform the Court of the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
