Upon due consideration of the Motion to Dismiss for Entry of Decision, filed September 10, 2024, by respondent in the above-docketed matter, it is

ORDERED that, on or before October 23, 2024, petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's just-referenced motion. Petitioner is advised that failure to respond may result in the granting of respondent's motion and entry of a decision in this case providing for no deficiency or penalty due from, and no overpayment due to, petitioner for the taxable year 2015. The Court will take appropriate action following the period for objection.
