Appeal, No. 157, Jan. T., 1945, from judgment of Superior Ct., No. 13, Feb. T., 1945, reversing judgment of C. P., Lackawanna Co., March T., 1943, No. 130, in case of Robert A. Strauch v. City of Scranton. Judgment affirmed.

Trespass for personal injuries. Before EAGEN, J., without a jury.

Finding and judgment for plaintiff in sum of $1,991.20. Defendant appealed to the Superior Court which reversed the judgment of the court below. Appeal by plaintiff to Supreme Court allowed.
