On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on certification of this Court dated August 15, 2012, in the above-entitled matter on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated March 29, 2012, is amended by deleting therefrom the following address of the attorney for the child: "753 Rockaway Avenue, 2C, Valley Stream, N.Y. 11581" and substituting therefor the following address: "1225 Franklin Avenue, Suite 325, Garden City, N.Y. 11530".
