On January 12, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion To Strike (Doc. 32) requesting that the Court strike from the record "any references to 'Non-Resident Alien' in all of her pleadings and documents before the Court." Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that petitioner's Motion To Strike filed January 12, 2023, is granted in that all references to "non-resident alien" in petitioner's submissions are hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
