On February 10, 2023, petitioners filed a Motion to Withdraw Petition Without Prejudice. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that at a reasonable and mutually agreed upon date and time, but no later than March 1, 2023, the parties shall confer as to petitioners' Motion to Withdraw Petition Without Prejudice. Respondent shall undertake to discuss fully with petitioners the consequences to petitioners if the Court were to dismiss this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 8, 2023, respondent shall file an objection, if any, to petitioners' Motion to Withdraw Petition Without Prejudice.
