This is a companion suit to that of Williams v. Barton, La.App., 81 So.2d 22, and arises out of an accident which occurred January 5, 1952, on Highway No. 171 near Leesville, Louisiana, and in which George Stewart, plaintiff herein, received serious injuries. Our findings as stated in the above referred to decision are equally applicable to the instant case. Accordingly, the judgment from which appealed is hereby affirmed.
