In an action to recover damages for personal injuries arising out of an automobile accident allegedly caused by defendants' negligence, the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated February 11, 1960 denying their motion for summary judgment against defendants Lawrence Sutton and David Sutton. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Beldock, Christ and Brennan, JJ., concur.
