ORDER

PER CURIAM.

Michael L. Smith appeals from the circuit court's judgment entered on his convictions by a jury on assault in the first degree, two counts of armed criminal action, unlawful use of a weapon, and unlawful possession of a firearm. We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal, and we conclude the trial court did not err. An extended opinion would have no precedential value nor serve any jurisprudential purpose. We have, however, provided the parties a memorandum setting forth the reasons for our decision. We affirm the judgment pursuant to Rule 30.25(b).
