App. 781, 383 P.3d 946 (2016), rev. den. , 360 Or. 752, 388 P.3d 724 (2017) (construing ORS 813.010(5), a statute worded similarly to ORS 813.011(1), and concluding that the term "conviction" includes a finding of guilt); State v. Turntine , 265 Or. App. 323, 336 P.3d 513 (2014), rev. den. , 356 Or. 690, 344 P.3d 1112 (2015) (likewise applying principles of statutory construction to conclude that the term "convicted" in ORS 163.160(3) includes a finding of guilt).
