This is an appeal by the State from an order of discharge entered by the trial court on speedy trial grounds. The order is reversed on the authority of Butterworth v. Fluellen, 389 So.2d 1316 (Fla. 1980), and State v. Van Johnson, 386 So.2d 1316 (Fla. 4th DCA 1980).

REVERSED AND REMANDED FOR FURTHER PROCEEDINGS.
