The petition by the state of Connecticut for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 73 Conn. App. 386 (AC 21186/AC 21187/AC 21245), is granted, limited to the following issues:

"1. Did the Appellate Court properly conclude that there was insufficient evidence of the crime of risk of injury to a child?

"2. Did the Appellate Court properly reverse the convictions of the defendants on count four, conspiracy to sell a controlled substance within 1500 feet of a public housing project, for instructional error?"

The Supreme Court docket number is SC 16915.
