STATE v. OMAR, Hassan
Petition for review allowed in part, limited to first question presented, concerning appropriate instructions to trial court on remand following reversal based on trial court's error in denying petitioner's motion for substitute counsel. As to that issue, decision of Court of Appeals vacated, and case remanded to the Court of Appeals for reconsideration in light of State v. Hightower, 368 Or. 378, 491 P.3d 769 (2021).
