ORDER

It is ORDERED that the motion for direct certification is granted, and this matter shall be deemed pending on the State's appeal in the Supreme Court; and it is further

ORDERED that proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the following expedited, peremptory schedule:

• The State shall serve and file a supplemental appellant's brief on or before July 6, 2022, and defendant shall serve and file a supplemental respondent's brief on or before July 26, 2022.
• Should any entity wish to appear as amicus curiae, such entity shall serve and file its motion for leave to appear, and its proposed amicus curiae brief, on or before August 5, 2022. The parties may serve and file answers to any motions for leave to appear, together with responses to the proposed amicus curiae brief on the merits, on or before August 12, 2022. For any entity seeking leave to appear as amicus curiae in this matter and in State v. A.M. (087057), also pending on appeal, a joint motion for leave to appear and joint amicus curiae brief need only be filed in State v. A.M. (087057). A duplicative submission seeking leave to participate in this matter is not required.
• No further submissions shall be accepted without leave of Court.
• The Clerk is directed to schedule this appeal for oral argument during the session of September 12-13, 2022.
